Mix in ¾ cup whole wheat pastry flour, ¾ cup organic old fashioned rolled oats, ½ tsp baking soda, ¼ tsp salt, ¼ tsp nutmeg, ½ tsp cinnamon and blend well. Stir in ¼ cup pecan and walnut pieces, ¼ cup dried cranberries, ½ cup chocolate chips. Spoon the dough onto parchment paper lined cookie sheets. Bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees for 10 minutes and cool 15 minutes.
