Kids can follow recipes and make scrumptious healthy delights for every occasion. Before kid chefs begin to make a treat, the recipe must be read all the way through. Kids need to wash their hands, put on an apron, and make sure the kitchen is clean. Fruits and veggies have many essential nutrients in their skins and need to be washed thoroughly.
