Kids will love the sweetness of this healthy carrot salad, which is colorful and fun for a picnic or party. Kid Chefs can grate 2 organic carrots in a bowl. Cut the top off of a fresh organic pineapple, take ¼ of the pineapple, cut off the skin and the core, and chop into cubes of pineapple (about ¾ cup) and pour in the bowl. Add ¼ cup of organic Thompson raisins, ¼ cup of raw organic chopped walnuts, 2 tbsp organic shredded coconut, ¼ tsp sea salt to the bowl.
