Kids can eat the skin of an organic apple, which is rich in fiber and healthy nutrients. Kid Chefs can surprise their family with this tasty apple salad at breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner, or dessert. Kids can slice an organic Fuji apple with the skin into a bowl and mix 3 chopped organic medjool dates, 1/8 cup raw organic walnuts, 1/8 cup shredded organic coconut, and ¼ cup fresh squeezed organic Valencia orange juice to serve 2 – 4 friends.
