Kid Chef Rainbow Tater Tots

Kids can make Supercharged Rainbow Tater Tots in extra healthy manner, with fresh from the garden organic herbs and veggies. Using all organic ingredients, chop 1 carrot, 2 red potatoes, add an amount of chopped broccoli and cauliflower to equal the potatoes, and put in steamer. Mince a slice of red onion and a clove of garlic and add to steamer. Steam 15 minutes and pour into a large bowl. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix in the bowl 2 tbsp organic extra virgin olive oil, 1 tbsp organic extra virgin coconut oil, ¼ cup organic whole wheat bread crumbs, ½ tsp sea salt, and minced sprigs of fresh cut herbs from the garden, including basil, thyme, oregano, rosemary, sage, and cilantro. Form 1 ½ inch balls and lightly pat down on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes, flip, and bake 10 more minutes. Kids can make 18 Supercharged Rainbow Tater Tots that can also be refrigerated for a quick afterschool snack.
