This healthy treat is a great way to introduce even very little kids to cooking. Kids can get out a stainless steel mixing bowl, unpeel two bananas freckled with brown spots, and mash them with a fork until smooth. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Kids can measure 1 cup of organic old fashioned rolled oats and pour into the bowl of mashed bananas. Add to the bowl ¼ cup organic raisins, ¼ cup chopped organic raw walnuts, and ¼ cup organic chocolate chips, stirring the ingredients together. Cover a baking tray with parchment paper. Using a tablespoon, kids can drop 15 to 18 spoonfuls onto the parchment paper and bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Let the sweets cool completely by moving the paper carefully off the baking sheet and let sit. Store the Fast Sweets in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
