Kids love fruit in their grains. Kids can make a delicious nutrient rich rice dish with fresh organic fall fruits and veggies. Kids can cook ½ cup organic brown rice for 50 minutes. In a separate pot, steam ½ cup chopped organic butternut squash, 1 chopped red potato, 1 chopped carrot, ¼ cup chopped bell pepper, ¼ cup spinach, ¼ cup chopped onion, 1 minced garlic clove, and 1 small minced chili pepper. When the rice is cooked, pour the veggies into the rice pot and mix 1 tbsp organic extra virgin coconut oil, ¼ tsp curry powder, and ¼ tsp sea salt. Add ½ cup organic red grapes and serve.
