Kids can make a stuffing that celebrates the abundant harvest with vitality rich organic veggies from the garden. Kids can steam 1 cup chopped organic cauliflower, 1 cup chopped organic broccoli, 2 chopped organic carrots, ½ finely chopped organic red bell pepper, ½ cup sliced organic mushrooms, ¼ cup finely chopped organic red onion, 1 minced large garlic clove, and 1 minced chili pepper. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Kids can pour 1 ¾ cup pure water and 6 tbsp olive oil into a pan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat, add a 10 oz bag of organic vegan stuffing, and mix well. Cover the pan with a lid for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork. Kids can pour the steam veggies and ½ tsp sea salt into a casserole dish, add the stuffing and mix well. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes and serve.
