Kid Chef Coconut Amino and Summer Squash


When kids grow an organic raised bed garden, they can eat organic fruits and veggies when they are in season and the most delicious and nutritious. Kids can use organic coconut amino instead of soy sauce as it has 65% less sodium.  Diabetic kids can use it for seasoning as it is a pure, raw, low glycemic food. It is made from the sap of the coconut tree and fermented. This sap is an abundant source of 17 amino acids, minerals, and vitamins, more than soy, and does not have a coconut flavor. Kids can cook ½ cup organic brown rice for 50 minutes. Kids can steam 1 chopped organic summer squash, 1 chopped organic carrot, 4 sliced brown crimini mushrooms, ¼ diced organic red bell pepper, and 1 tsp grated organic ginger. Mix 2 tbsp organic extra virgin olive oil and 2 tbsp organic coconut aminos into the finished rice and stir in the steamed veggies. Kids can serve their family this easy, fresh, and yummy dish with different varieties of fresh from the garden produce.
