Chop and steam 1 cup organic broccoli, 1 organic carrot, 8 organic crimini mushrooms, and ¼ cup organic red pepper. Kids can boil organic Asian wide Udon noodles for six minutes. Kids can make a sauce by heating 2 tbsp organic extra virgin olive oil in a sauce pan, adding 1/3 cup finely chopped organic red onion, and sauté until the onion is soft.
