Kids can keep the pie shells in the freezer until the oven is preheated to 375°. In a small bowl, mix 1 sliced pear, 2 chopped organic medjool dates, 2 tbsp organic pecans, 2 tsp organic brown sugar, 1 tsp organic maple syrup, ½ tsp arrowroot starch, and ⅛ tsp cinnamon and put in the refrigerator. When the oven is heated, pour the pear mix into the frozen pie shell and place on a parchment paper covered baking sheet. Bake for 50 minutes and let cool.
