Kid Chef Maple Berry Toast

Instead of toaster pastries filled with fat, sodium, sugar, additives, and empty calories, kids can make a quick, healthy, and yummy treat for breakfast with organic mixed whole grain seeded bread and fresh organic berries. In a saucepan, kids can put 1 tsp  organic extra virgin coconut oil, 1 tbsp organic maple syrup, and 2 sliced organic strawberries. Bring to a boil, stirring the sauce, and remove from heat. Put a slice of organic mixed whole grain seeded bread in the toaster. Remove the toast, put on a plate and pour the berry sauce on top of the toast.
